Account Questions:

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We allow one account per individual. There may be more than one account per household, however each person registering an account must have a separate computer and separate IP address (as in using a router to connect them) to participate in our program. Any deviation from this will result in all accounts deleted which violate this term.

How can I log into my account?

How can I cancel my account?
Go Here, enter your password, then click Delete Your Account.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
Your membership in our program allows TesasTeaMails to send you email messages and advertisements. You may not cancel receiving email ads from TesasTeaMails without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." Link. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to "Cancel Account". Click that link and enter your password in the box and your account will be canceled.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your name, member ID.

How can I change my email address?
Log in to your account and click the "User Account Info." link. You will be able to edit your email address but it will not save the new email address until you verify the new email address via a new confirmation email sent to the new email address. Due to the security of this measure, admin will not be able to change it for you.

I live outside the US, can I join?
Yes, we welcome all international members. Reading and understanding English IS a requirement for being a member at TesasTeaMails and people that cannot or do not read and understand English WILL be removed

I have Web-TV, can I join too?
Yes, though some programs will not allow WEB-TV users to join their program, we welcome WEB-TV users. Our efficient tracking method allows WEB-TV users full earning privileges.

Am I allowed to sell my account?
No, under no circumstances are you allowed to sell or transfer ownership of your account. The username belongs to you, the account belongs to TesasTeaMails. Should it be discovered that you are attempting to sell or transfer ownership or control of your account, your account will be deleted and you will lose all past, present and future earnings for the account. The membership is yours, the account belongs to TesasTeaMails.

Earnings Questions:

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do pay ad readers as a whole a large percentage of the amount we charge for each ad.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned the minimum payout set for your membership level, once every 30 days.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see a button appear in your earnings and redemption area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. If you have submitted ficticious or falsified information to secure an account with TesasTeaMails, you will not be paid. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for advertising with us. Ads purchased through the Redemptions page are less than the same ad on the Advertisers' page. When or before you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your Redemptions Page.

Am I allowed to change an ad after it is running?
TesasTeaMails employs a variety of methods to track each ad and should it be discovered that an ad which was previously authorized has been changed through any means including but not limited to changing the content in any way of a page which was previously approved, the ad will be terminated and there will be no refunds

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you as soon as funds allow, normally within 72 hours.

How am I paid?
Payments are made via AlertPay, Paypal, e-gold, Liberty Reserve or Check. So long as your account has a minimum of $0.50 USD and a payment selection of Paypal, you will be paid via mass payment Friday that you meet these conditions.

If I get past TesasTeaMails security, will I be paid?
Before payments are made, your information will be verified again and if it is found that you are in violation of any of TesasTeaMails's provisions, you will not be paid. This includes but is not limited to incorrect geographical location recorded in your userinfo, searching from non authorized countries, anything deemed to be system abuse.


Referral Questions

How can I refer other members?
You may place a link with your referral url to TesasTeaMails on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature. You can give out flyers or advertise in any way you wish except for Spamming. Spamming is defined as sending Unsolicited Commercial Emails (UCE) to anyone with whom you have no personal or business relationship in effect before the time the UCE is sent. Posting one's reflink in a Downline Builder portion of a forum is not considered by TesasTeaMails to be spamming.

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page.

What can I earn through referrals?
Members will earn 5% of their direct referral earnings, 3% of their 2d level referral earnings, 1% of their 3rd level referral earnings, 1% of their 4th level referral earnings. There is no Activity Requirement to earn from downlines. There is, however, a requirement that you log in and click a minimum of 1 link per month to stay active and keep your account from being suspended for inactivity. Suspended accounts can be reinstated up to one (1) year after your most recent click.

Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, it takes many paid emails received by members to have referral earnings show up, even for members that have hundreds or thousands in their downline. Referral earnings are displayed once a referred member has earned their referring member at least 1 full cent. Technically a member with 1000 referrals that have each earned him/her 1/2 cent has earned $5.00 but their earnings will not be shown until an individual member has earned them 1 full cent.

How many referrals a month can I expect from having an upgraded membership?
Having a higher number in the referral rotations means you have a better chance than someone who has a 1. There are no guarantees as this is done entirely by the scripts, randomly, and I have no idea who will get what and when it will happen.


Email Settings Questions:

I set my userinfo to have emails sent to my address but they are going only to the Site Inbox. Why is this?
We have a plugin that sets all accounts to Inbox Only when they bounce emails to reduce the strain on the server of receiving all the bounce notices.

I set my account to only receive emails through the Site Inbox and they are being sent to my email address. Why is this?
We do this for new members who have clicked no links in their first thirty (30) days of membership because your account is in jeopardy of being deleted for inactivity and we want to let you know we are still here. Should you not want to receive emails to your email address in such a case, you are free to set them back to Site Inbox as your account will no longer be showing inactive after you login and click at least one paid link.


Advertising Questions:

I have a website I would like to advertise, where can I find information on your different programs and costs?

Are there any sites you will not accept advertising for?
You are an adult and we will treat you like one. You are free to advertise any site written predominantly in English so long as there are none of the following on it: gambling, pornography, hate, racism, warez, or anything else that someone would be embarrassed or have a tough time explaining if they had a child sitting on their lap and the child was exposed to it. This is a family oriented site and so are our advertisements.

Does this mean I can advertise unsustainable sites?
Should you advertise any site with unsustainable advertising prices without other means evident to raise funds to pay the members, the ad will be clearly marked as an ADS ONLY SITE so the Ad Reader will know in advance that the site advertised does not have provisions in place to pay all its members. This is only for email ads and unsustainable sites will not be advertised anywhere other than email ads.
